Cancellation Policy
Please let me know at least 24hrs before your appointment if you need to rescheule or unable to attend. We may put your depoist toward your next appointment if you are unable to attend your original appointment. If you are late we have the right to cancel and charge your card on file. All deposits are non refundable but will go toward the balance of your service. A deposit is Required on all services, if you are unable to book online you may book in person with reception. We want each client to have a great experience with us and understand life happens! Our moto is "Communication is key!" I do charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
